We’re Cam Girls Ourselves
Our webcam model agency trulyunderstands the industry because we’re cam models ourselves! From our founder, to our mentors, we’re all current or previous cam models who have made a name for ourselves in the industry and know the dos and donts and what really works online! We’re passionate about our industry, but more importantly, about our models and their wellbeing. We want you to be the best you can be, so we strive to build one another up! Afterall, when women work with each other, incredible things happen.
A Support System Like No Other
At OTR, we genuinely care about our girls and wish for every model to succeed in whatever way success looks like for them. OTR webcam model agency was created by women for women – we’re female founded, and female led! We ensure each member of OTR feels supported, heard and inspired – it’s so important in this industry.
Our webcam agency is a wonderful community. Over the year, we love to meet up as much as we can. We believe everyone benefits from meeting new people and making new friends in this industry! It’s no secret that at times, cam can feel lonely. We want our team of women to have a strong support network they can rely on! This year we’ve organised:

Knowledge Is Power
At OTR, we love to learn, but also teach what we know! Once you become a model with us, you’ll be supported and encouraged to grow with weekly and monthly live training sessions. These will cover a wide range of topics and the different sessions are suitable for new and current models!
Our mentors are available 24/7 and work full time to support our amazing models on both a one-to-one basis and in our community group chat. We also have a very close relationship with the steaming platform we work with, so if you ever have any questions regarding technicalities, we can help you there.
