OTR was founded back in 2017 by Becky, who realised there was a big gap in the industry for an agency not only run by women, but who actually cared for, trained and looked after their models. Since then we’ve seen many agencies follow suit and it’s fantastic to see - it’s a female takeoverrrr 🙌

Our most commonly asked question and a very valid one at that. If you’re thinking of joining you’re going to want to know what you’re going to have to do when online.

As I say here, it IS entirely up to you what angle you go for and how far you go. Different approaches tend to have different levels of earnings, that being said even the most tame of shows can bring in ridiculous amounts of money 😆 but let’s face it… you know what kind of website this is 👀

Boundaries are of course super important and there are so many ways around certain things - it doesn’t have to be exactly what you might it is. But that’s where we come in, we can help you figure this all out and get you making the most money possible within your limits 🙏

So if you are completely closed off to engaging in ANYTHING of that nature - whether that’s just conversations or seeing certain things (you will see a LOT) - this may not be the job for you.
