As you’d expect from any founder OTR is my baby. I oversee everything besides payments (numbers aren’t my thing, that’s all Nath).

I’ll be the first person you speak to answering any questions and welcoming you into our incredible community. Alongside your mentors, Nuala, Emma, Lisa and Vivian, I’ll always be on hand to help and support you.

I’ve experienced all the low’s webcam can offer either first hand or since running OTR, so you don’t have to. Supporting women, positively enhance their lives is amazing and I’m exceptionally proud of what we’ve achieved. I believe an agency owner should be seen and always available which is the exact reason I’ll always have an active role in OTR.

If you’ve seen our posts on TikTok or Instagram – that’s me! I’ve been with OTR my whole cam girl life (over 5 and a half years now) and couldn’t imagine going into this industry any other way. From the get-go I was blown away by the care, passion, inspiration and positivity that Becky radiates and in turn flows throughout the business.

After a few years of being a full-time cam model, I first joined the management team as a part-time mentor back in 2021. Now I am our full-time Socials and Project Manager, along with other bits and pieces such as organising events, mindset coaching, and working with our Brand Ambassadors. I still actively cam on the side, though… you’ll have to pry my webcam from my cold dead hands in order to get me to stop!

I’m a full-time Mentor, covering the evening shifts but you’ll always find me online out of hours! Advice giver and agony aunt are two pretty apt ways of describing my role. I’m here to take the worry out of webcam, fill you with confidence and help you make the most out of cam.

You’ll get to see me on Zoom as soon as you join because I deliver the inital training, so you’ll be sure to hit the ground running with OTR.

Between our team there’s nothing we haven’t seen or experienced ourselves on cam so we’re here to support you every step of your way.

After doing a few roles in OTR over the years, I’m now a full-time Mentor, and also a 1-1 coach for both new and experienced models. I will be there from the very beginning, and will help answer any questions or queries that you have, and be able to deep dive into your camming and help you maximise your earnings.

I am so passionate about webcam, and have been there and got the tshirt. I still cam myself most mornings, so you can trust that the information and guidance I have is relevant and up to date.

I’ve seen some amazing results through our 1-1 coaching, and nothing makes me prouder than seeing models double their money and grow in confidence. There is no question that you cannot ask me, and I’m always on hand to help where I can.

I’m an OTR Mentor, working alongside Nu, Em, and Viv to provide support, tech assistance, and a bit of reassurance whenever it’s needed. Along side mentoring I also provide in depth 1-1 coaching calls to help you reach your full potential online.

You may have seen my face on our socials as well, because I was previously an OTR Brand Ambassador, before joining the mentors team!

I’m still an active cam girl, and I understand what it’s like to be a complete newbie, so I’m always here to help.

I’m a full time cam girl & part time mentor! OTR provides access to a mentor online 7 days a week! So I cover mentoring when the rest of the team are on holiday or leave.

You’ll also see me on socials representing OTR as a Brand Ambasador.

I co-own OTR but make no mistake OTR is female led! I support Becky and work behind the scenes, managing payments and all the back office jobs.

Numbers are my thing and I have a military like OCD so can guarantee you’ll have no problems being paid.
